High barrier Shrink packaging represents the high-tech trends of packaging. Shrink bag is made from shrink film. When heat is applied, it shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering. The whole package is put in water after vacuumed. Then heating to 85-90 °C ,the film edge is tightly wrapped around the product. The excellent elasticity makes sure of perfect packing and keeps pressure away.
Full shrink packaging could protect the product from external damage during transportation, storage and sale.
EVA shrink film :
Using EVA and PE multi-layer co-extrusion, mainly used for frozen packaging of seafood and meat products, with storage condition of -18℃.
PA shrink film :
Adopting nylon, PE multi-layer co-extrusion, widely used for packaging of fresh beef, lamb and pork, fish , etc., also can be used for packaging of low-temperature cooked meat products.
PVDC shrink film(High barrier) :
The barrier layer is made of PVDC resin, which is mainly used for the packaging of fresh meat, beef and other products, the storage condition is 0-4℃.
Non barrier· Application Mainly used for seafood and frozen meat (-18℃).
High barrier · Application PVDC film is with high barrier and used to pack fresh meat and at 0-4℃.
